I had wanted a chill out day and just chilling in the sun, reading and swimming. So for one day Mart went alone.
We made a trip to Gozo, the northern island (which is still visible on my card of Europe =) ). Very beautiful island and definitely less garbage - on Malta it is disgusting how much garbage and human waste is lying around everywhere.
While we were busy with another trip to Valletta and exploring the villages, bays, mountains and everything else in a few kilometer range, it had not occurred to us, to just take a closer look on our temporary home.
I had wanted to go chilling at the beach while Mart went for some food. Exactly when I had started my way down to the bay, one fat rain cloud approached the beach. And as tourists only have collective intelligence, they flew altogether. And suddenly golden bay was mine! Nobody seemed to care, that there was only that single cloud.
